Maybe I should spend my energy reminding people what happens to your animals in the care of the authorities that are supposed to be educated in animal husbandry. Maybe Riverside County Animal Services should send the kennel techs to school as well as the field officers, I am thinking that the extra training would teach them that dogs should not be taken from owners to come home looking like this.
