Is A New Director In Order?

I recently received a comment that suggested the current director of Riverside County Animal Services, Robert Miller, be fired and Angel White should be appointed to replace him. I think this is a good idea...let's think about this for a moment because I completely agree with the commenter. If Angel can keep a large amount of dogs WITHOUT costing the taxpayers millions of dollars and without euthanizing mass numbers of dogs then YES maybe the public needs to make their voices heard. The people of Riverside County can no longer allow our pets to be in harms way so the social climbers of animal control can make their political statements. If you agree, to release Riverside County from the corruption and bullying of animal control then post a comment here. The DA has read and printed this blog so please make your voice heard! We need all the help we can get because this situation will only get worse as I asked for help before and our county officials did absolutely NOTHING to help the situation. How many animals need to be seized from their homes because Animal Services wants to expand their facilities? I think we all know the kennels aren't expanded, but don't lobby and employee areas look nice?

  1. Hi Sarah,
I was at Murrieta yesterday to try to file a Motion to Oppose the "DISPOSAL" of our horses. Our (Conflict)PD's stated they were not notified of the Motion and that they would not appear for us. WELL! Guess what, I was not allowed to file an Opposition because I am Not the attorney!!!! I am sure that the shit is really hitting the fan especially because Bob Lucas did Steal a horse from us and he works for Riverside county and meets with Robert Miller every week. Also, since the illegal siezure of our horses and dogs was done soley by the heunnekens, I am sure that riverside County is getting tired of using tax payers money and the judicial system of riverside county to enforce her malicious illegal vendettas. She is the epitome of an ignorant bully on a power trip. What goons they all are. The DA and County Counsel need to review their Mission and duties as well as the laws of our State and Country. Interestingly, you posted the U.S. Constitution. My Grandmother's Great grandfather, Richard Bassett, was a Delagate from the State of Delaware - the first State to Ratify the Constitution. He is credited with talking Delaware into ratifying the Constitution.
We will be at the Murrieta Court on Tuesday fighting for our horses. I'd love it if you were there.

  2. Well, we went to court yesterday. Franklin's attorney [CONFLICT PD], Ron Coffee, showed up. Since the Motion was filed in the criminal case, it was his obligation to be there. The judge asked him for his declaration. He did not have one. He yelled at the judge, pissing him off, but never mentioned that we filed and served a WRIT in Civil court and that case is pending. I handed the judge my own opposition to the motion which by law should have put the motion into civil court or dismissed it. County counsel LAFONG blatantly lied to the Judge. She said there was no civil case! HUH! she had it in her hand!!!!!
The judge ruled in her favor that our horses can now be disposed of!!!! I am going to get the transcript asap. I went to the clerk's office and they all remembered me. SO DID RIVERSIDE. THESE NICE LADIES COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT HAD HAPPENNED EITHER. THEY FILED MY OPPOSITION WHICH I ADDED "APPEAL" TO THE TITLE AND THEY FAXED IT TO RIVERSIDE IN THE CIVIL CASE NUMBER!!!!I MET A DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL AT THE CLERKS WINDOW AND TOLD HIM A LITTLE ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON. HE WAS FLABBERGASTED. GAVE ME HIS CARD. SAID KEEP HIM POSTED.
    ONWARD AND UPWARD!!!!

  3. Hi Sarah,
It is VERY interesting about regulations for Riverside Animal Control. Someone better give Riverside Suoerior Court, Robert Miller and his gang of vindictive malicious horsethieves copies of the rules and regs. Especially including the fee for keeping horses - $5/day not $20 like we are being charged. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Some thing that is astonishing is that County counsel LAFong stated to the Judge that our bill $120/DAY AND was $50 or $100,000 I couldn't hear the figure. I MEAN WHAT PLANET ARE THESE GOONS FROM ANYWAY???????????????? That is for 6 old recue horses that WE HAPPEN TO LOVE VERY MUCH.
Now we all KNOW, that the looter that has our horses is in on this scam. Just like in your case, our horses were seized without any notice to us. One of the regulations that you found is that animal owners MUST BE NOTIFIED 3 days BEFORE ANY SEIZURE.
We have had the same phone number and address for 7 years. Animal Control NEVER communicated with us. Except when I caught the heunnekens at the campground we moved our horses to on April 18, 2008. She was there in her own vehicle to scope out our horses for the theft of Buddy the next morning at 5am. She had been there on the 16th with a male Animal Control Agent, I think I found the people who stole Buddy. The theft was witnessed by a chaplin. He SAW THEM WELL. They even waved to him!!!!The thieves ARE an older tall man and short woman in a NEW WHITE DIESEL DUELLY CREWCAB, PULLING A NEW WHITE LARGE GOOSENECK TRAILER That HAS A DARK STRIPE AROUND IT.
Anyone who steals from someone who has experienced a fire, flood, sickness, or emergency is a LOOTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They SHOULD BE shot on site.
That is what these volunteers/LOOTERS do. They follow Animal Control around and look for good horses to steal. We actually had 3 horses stolen by these goons. 2 of them were recovered. But Buddy, a $30,000 17 hand Black Stallion with an amazing disposition, is still missing. BUT DEFINITELY NOT FORGOTTEN. He is unmistakable. Huge blaze that goes all the way to his mouth
The only other time we had any contact with Animal Control was when the heunnekens left a Notice with my husband's groom on June 26, 2008. Franklin was at the VA hospital that day (since he has appointments almost every day, it is easy to prove the lies that the malicious bullies tell about serving us or seeing us. Frankiln called the heunnekens (he had NEVER seen her until the seizure hearing. He did not connect her name to the notice received on March 12, 2008 (to move our starved horses from where animal control volunteer - jason lopez - had starved them for 4 months) Franklin was at Del Mar Race Track and had 1 of his Vetrinarian friends call the heunnekens to try to tell her how to manage older horses that have been starved. The heunnekens even testified at prelim that she "Hung up on the Vet."
How far is the DA going to go to protect these horsethieves/liars?
